The 13th edition of the International Seminar on Optimization and Related Areas (ISORA: http://isora2017.imca.edu.pe/ [1]) will take place on October 9-13, 2017, at the Instituto de Matemática y Ciencias Afines (IMCA) in Lima, Peru. The organizers of the XIII ISORA cordially invite the scientific community to submit papers on relevant topics on Optimization and/or related areas.
