The CLAIO 2018, Latin-Iberian-American Conference on Operations Research, is an event jointly promoted by the Peruvian Society of Operations Research and Systems (SOPIOS) and the Association of Latin-Iberoamerican Operational Research Societies (ALIO), both within the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS). We invite members of  ALIO and the worldwide Operational Research (OR) community to participate in this event and to submit contributions. Call for papers:

Contributions dealing with any aspect of Operation Research are welcome. This includes theoretical achievements, algorithm development and real-world implementations.

Two kinds of submission are possible: short abstracts of at most 1000 characters and extended abstracts of up to 8 pages. All submissions will undergo a review process.

Short abstracts will be distributed at the conference. Extended abstracts will be published on a Proceeding of CLAIO.

A special Issue of Annals of Operations Research will be edited with works from the conference. This will follow the usual editorial and refereeing policies of the journal. High quality papers presented at the conference will be invited to this cluster.
